| Check-In-Time is after 3:00 PM and before 8:00 PM. It is okay if you are going to be late, but you must call and let us know. |

A deposit in the amount of $200 is required for Weekly reservations. Reservations are made via, Master Card, Visa or Money Order. A deposit guarantees your reservation and the cottage is taken off our availability list. |
| Refunds will be granted if notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the reservation, less a $25 service charge. Reservation deposits made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date will not be refunded.
